Homemade Madame Leota from The Haunted Mansion

Here's my house animatronic Madame Leota. I used a Gypsy Spirit acquired by Michael Ball as the basis for this project. To make it more known as a character in Disney's The Haunted Mansion attraction I did the following: 1. Remove the ball 2. Remove the skin (carefully.. Was glued) 3. Rewire the jaw to be paid from talking skull called "talking to Boris" purchased from K-Mart. This skull came with a microphone, which made the movement of the jaw of the skull, when he spoke. 4. Rewire the microphone input on the 3. 5 mm standard headphone jack. 5. Replace the skin 6. Add a little 'trick of the skin 7. Remove bandana and hair that came with the ball Spirit and replace it with a white wig 8. Tease your hair to a wig to add volume 9. Add blue and green LED lighting in your hair 10. Create a special audio track that moved the mouth in sync with the current audio Leota. This is a piece of music, where an audio channel Leota and the other only makes a noise when the jaw should move. 11. Put all this together, 12. Download the MP3-player 13. Attach a channel for the Spirit Dance, using 3. 5 mm jack and the other channel powered speaker system 14. Include all and have fun! There are many small steps between them and a couple of additional things that I rewired and added, but this basic idea. I think it turned out great. Obviously the real Madame Leota in The Haunted Mansion is a projection of real women face, but . . .
