Even if one day down the line this could be a serious contender in the pocket camcorder market, there’s more. I took some pictures for comparison with iPod nano and standard definition Flip Mino to show why. My point in all this is not to suggest that you go buy a flip instead of an iPod nano, but one wonders what you really want. If you feel like you can upload videos on Youtube and you want them to look decent enough, and you are not interested in music, or if you already have an mp3 player, I would not buy this iPod at this time because it’s time yet. On the other hand, with some video function can be enough to give this benefit on music players most of the others, the Olympics are important to you video, but it would be better off with an iPod touch.

   ; One thing you notice in the material, where I took the same things in connection with two cameras is that the Flip really shines in low light conditions.    What makes the iPod Nano’s worth is that in addition to video on fly, you can listen to music, you get an FM radio that works quite well and even tell what song you’re listening, you get a voice recorder (a very nice feature is ideal for students who can listen to music on the way to class, and then record a lesson); a good quality mini-speakers, a pedometer a bit ‘well, Options decent game to kill time. Do not get any of this with Flip! Sure, the new iPod nano with a toy. . . but it is a very cool toy.

   Another note is to turn it into a file format that Amazon also accept that a little ‘degraded. Amazon does not accept the MP4 format that keeps your iPod nano a.

   Not my fault. I loved the Apple iPod for many years, and my iPhone is an important part of my life. However, I began to wonder what more will be added to the traditional iPod, to keep them healthy. Have reached the limits of the functions necessary?

   Despite my reservations, have a look at the Apple keynote of this new product has caused me to head down to the Apple Store and get a 16 GB 5th generation iPod nano, to add to my “collection”.

   first reaction? The Nano looks elegant and beautiful as the commendable 4th generation Nano. Indeed, at first glance you might think is not different for the newer version. I immediately tried the video recording. This was average. And ‘nice if you make your Nano everywhere, to have the ability to take video. Cool. When he played the nano, the video looks pretty good. Average, when you play on your computer. Again, far from being poor, but in an age where digital cameras have a good movie mode, simply call the media video iPod nano, but also convenient.
   
   Personally, I found myself more interested in the new built-in Pedometer Nano. You can track your steps throughout the day, if you hold the device in you every day. I think this might push me to be more active. Again, this feature is really needed an iPod? I’m not sure, but remember that this product is popular among fitness gurus for its portability, almost like the lightweight and solid state memory.

   Finally, at worst, to listen to a sporting event or a radio talk show special includes new nano FM Turner. Blah you can say? Yes, it is not particularly exciting, but Nano adds a cool feature for the FM radio. You can “pause” the radio up to 15 minutes, you can do with the DVR is connected to the TV. Works perfectly.    Let’s face it. . . we are not all clones and try different features in an MP3 player. I wanted a small portable player for the gym. FM radio is what I hoped for a very long time! I do not need applications. I do not have to surf the web. I need to play my songs. Genius is a great way to create a mix for the gym. Fitness Tracker is incredible. And finally, I can hear the TV in the gym. Love it! This is exactly what we’ve been waiting for. Ideal device for my needs.

   I do not really need a new iPod that I currently have an iPhone 3G (S), two large Nanos, an old shuffle 1GB iPod classic and two 15 and 30 GB configurations, which I have recently installed new batteries in. But I had to get the new, and justified to myself with the introduction of Apple’s seductive FM radio in this release 5th generation.

   Having said all this, I am really impressed by this new 5th generation iPod Nano. I believe that FM radio has great reception and is easy to use, unlike Apple attaching radio dongle that I use in my previous generation Nano. Integration of the software radio is well made and very easy to use, ask your favorite FM stations and pause needed to talk on the phone and then quickly return to where the music or talk show ended in up to 15 minutes.

   ; movie playback pre-recorded video is clear and the sound is very good as previous iPods. Video recording is the point and shoot easy to use, but not very high quality – what you would expect from a phone, but it certainly will not be using this as a camcorder. It would have been nice if Apple were taken with a still camera as well, but I suspect that the quality would not be accepted without any additional components needs more space and cost. I did notice that this iPod has a built-in speakers (which I suppose is the microphone so) but its sound quality is not good.

   Function Pedometer (fitness) is interesting and can be used without any external devices. The only thing that counts steps and has not gone so I need to multiply the step count with the length of the step they are with distance traveled. Ironically, what you put in your weight, but I’m not sure how it is used.

   The construction quality is superb, the unit is very compact and easy with Apple’s usual intuitive user interface that makes it easy to use right out of the box without reading the instructions (which I’m afraid to do Appeal to all cases). In conclusion, I am very pleased with my new iPod and are quickly working with compelling reasons for their purchases prior to the arrival and my wife asks you bought a new iPod? .
