Received this product about a week ago, bought only for the functionality of remote control of my Ipod Video, especially for my car, but also in the dock for the iPod in my house. Since I have a dock / car charger, FM transmitter is not necessary, although adddition Nice. The remote works well, no complaints there, but executives said that the FM transmitter can be disabled by cycling through four tuner presets until you reach the “off” in the menu. There, I confirmed with the support of DLO. Not a huge problem, but I get the least static, what is wrong with my iPod mini using the remote Griffin. Unfortunately Griffin has no remote control for iPod Video, Classic and nanotechnology. In general, if you’re looking specifically for the function of remote control, rather than an FM transmitter, the product is very good, so I recommend. I’d like to here feedback from other users.

First of all advantages and disadvantages: I used half a dozen other FM transmitters, and writing this review. I use it a couple of months. I do not like? Yes I can do for professionals listed below, and I hate him for the Cons, but would not get rid of it because there is no better alternative on the market, and there is a workaround described in detail later.
Advantages:
1. Remote
2. Passing through the power adapter
3. Very pleasant and
4. Good sound quality when it works well
5. No external power required
Disadvantages:
1. No buttons on the device, and never lose the remote.
2. Definitely not for the leadership of the city. . waiting for a solution:)
3. There are no images on the device itself.
4. Directors do something for the remote is not all that well thought out.
Solution: *** you do so at your own risk *** Do not curse, though, if he is “filled with the one below, or do not know what you’re doing. E ‘ Children can only experience things with …
mostly small loop antenna transmitter inside are soldered copper 6-8 inches in the device so that pushes the strongest signals. After I added the download worked very well on different radio frequencies, which has never worked before, and better sound quality. I go to work in Los Angeles about 90 miles every day so I need a gadget with the remote RF transmitter and elegant that I can go several vehicles. />
Ok, now comes to a point. You have to split open with a knife to open foreign Tunestick sides gently … You will notice, cardboard with a coil antenna, like a track . Now, remove the card antenna with a soldering iron. Please note that payment of glue to the motherboard, do not worry, you can gently pull it out. Now find 8-inch copper wire screen strip one end of it, and welding area where was soldered circuit antenna. Etch a small groove for the shells of molluscs tunestick and close the lid, you can put the tape on both ends of the stick to make sure it is tightly closed, and helps the antenna does not move. Wire sprout from the gadget, but hey it works. Well, you’re done, give it a shot and see if it works.
Hope this helps.

Before this I-Airplay FM transmitter, which worked well, but after several years began to fail. That’s why I had the DLO TuneStik replace. />
Work is good, not great FM transmitter, but a good job, better than others. The remote control is an advantage, not a problem at all to learn how to use it. The only problem I see in this sense, as a reviewer said, if you lose your RC, the work of this device will be a difficult task.
TuneStik When I pluged in my iPod (Nano first generation), I chose some of the frequencies in my radio airplay. Did the work, but some static and noise was present and so I decided to check out the new to improve the quality of sound, and found it. If you are in a similar case, I do what I can offer is to check new frequencies to find the best or at least better than 1.
Cradle RC is fantastic, I just put the iPod in the dash compartment and turn on and off with RC, the songs back and forth. You can use it to increase or decrease the volume (see the user manual for some suggestions on this feature), and turn the light on and off the iPod too!
I highly recommend the power cord otherwise the battery will not last too long. />
In general I can say that this product is not decent work.

I really liked the idea of this, and look so great! but. . . does not work. I tried all the stations that I could and just does not work. Bass was ok, but when the actual singing to the music started it was very static-y. So the point is the product looks good, if you can not even use it?
